Account info: your name, email, LinkedIn URL, target roles, geographies, compensation expectations, and any preferences you share during onboarding.

Resume content: your work history, education, skills, and accomplishments — submitted by you and edited by us.

Application activity: which roles we have applied to on your behalf, response status, and any communication forwarded to your private alias.

To provide the Service: writing your resume, drafting cover letters, identifying roles, submitting applications, and reporting back to you.

To improve the Service: aggregated, anonymized signals about which resume strategies generate responses across our client base.

To communicate with you: weekly reports, billing receipts, and the occasional product update.

Your dedicated career strategist and the small team who supports them. No one else inside Slyq has access to your full file.

The companies you apply to — but only the materials you've approved (your resume and cover letter).

Subprocessors necessary to run the Service (payments, email, hosting). We list them at slyq.io/subprocessors.

We never feed your resume, cover letters, or any personal data into third-party AI models for training.

We use AI as an editing assistant for our human writers — outputs are always reviewed by a person before submission.

We keep your account data for as long as you have an active account, plus 24 months for legal and audit purposes.

You can request a full export of your data at any time, and you can request deletion at any time.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by emailing privacy@slyq.io.

If you are in the EU/UK, you have additional rights under the GDPR including the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Slyq is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).

We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material change to this policy. You can review the change history at slyq.io/privacy/history.
