Terms of Service.

By creating an account or using any part of Slyq (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Slyq. If you're using Slyq on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

Slyq is a concierge job-application service. We rewrite your resume, draft tailored cover letters, identify relevant roles, and submit applications on your behalf.

We do not guarantee that you will receive a job offer. We do guarantee interviews under the terms described in section 6.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during onboarding, and to update that information as it changes.

You retain all rights to the content you submit to Slyq — your resume drafts, employment history, references, and any other materials.

You grant us a limited license to use that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service: editing your resume, drafting cover letters, and submitting applications on your behalf.

We will never sell your data, share it with recruiters without your explicit consent, or use it to train third-party AI models.

Slyq is billed monthly in advance. Your card is charged on the same day each month, starting the day you confirm scope on your kickoff call.

All fees are non-refundable except as described in section 6 (the interview guarantee).

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. If you don't agree to the new pricing, you can cancel before it takes effect.

If you have not had at least one recruiter call or first-round interview booked within 21 days of your first submitted application, you may request a full refund of that month by replying to any of our emails with the word "refund."

The guarantee applies only if you have completed your kickoff call, approved your resume, and not paused the service during the 21-day window.

You can cancel at any time by replying "cancel" to any email from us. There are no retention calls or forms.

If you cancel within the first 14 days of a billing cycle, we will pro-rate a refund for the unused days.

You may not use Slyq to misrepresent your identity, fabricate work history, or apply to roles using credentials you do not legitimately hold.

You may not resell, white-label, or otherwise commercialize the Service without a written agreement with us.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, especially section 8.

On termination, you remain entitled to any deliverables we have already created for you (resume, LinkedIn drafts, etc.) — they are yours to keep.

Slyq is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except for claims that may be brought in small-claims court.

"Service" means the Slyq concierge job-application platform, including all related software, websites, and human services.

"You" means the individual using the Service. "We," "us," and "Slyq" refer to Slyq Labs, Inc.
